Ser Garlan is your best written character. A very classic, tragic hero. Garlan PoVs were the best parts of any chapter.

I'm glad Garlan chose to leave because, let's be honest, if he had managed to kill Robb then Jon was going to fall on him with the same devastating force as an astroid hitting the earth. Ned wouldn't have been far behind either. Do you have any clue what this time period is going to be called. I don't think the seven kingdoms have ever seen this much death and war since the dawn age. Something simple like The Dark Age's maybe or something more poetic like The Great Fuckening perhaps. Either way this story has been great. So rare to get a believable bamf Jon story or a Stark wank story without it being cliche but you pulled it off really well. And I do mean that. It's nice not seeing the Starks be absolute fools and for a story to not just follow cannon with the only thing changing being that Jon gets a dragon. The world building has been incredibly detailed and the fact that it wasn't just a Stark pov added a lot to it. I'm looking forward to the next story.

It was an enjoyable chapter. The idea of a pregnant Queen Shireen going like "If nobody is going to do anything, I'll just take care of it myself!" is pretty badass.

The main story concluded the previous chapter with the war finishing. This is the Epilogue first part. The next will be the epilogue second and final part-a PoV or two taking place in the 320 AC or so (give or take a little).
