Point. Will do a small tweak later on.

I hate the wait, I always binge-read the 10 chapters posted, then I'm stuck waiting another week to continue the story.

Grimgoth

I haven't read all of the new chapters yet (I'm at 24), but I like the changed tone of the story and the additional details. The framework of the old story is still there, but with more reason/background. The "final boss/Geat other" scenes, in particular, are just the right amount of detail. In the original, she came out of nowhere as a final surprise. Malora and the Hightower (especially now with the current hbo series) in a different light with more detail is nice. The "heavy is the crown" moment is also well done, even if the Sirius/his son resolution is the same as in the original. The ASoIaF magic system (to the extent that there is one) is relatively incompatible with the HP's highly structured system. That's why I always like it when there's a "complication", it's not necessarily that the HP system is OP, but rather relatively easy to learn (I'm not talking about mastering it). Wandless spellcasting is also very (very) limited in the original books, and everything that came after the books doesn't count for me. This brings us to the one point I don't like. In this version, it's more the "office of the king" (specifically the crown) that helps against Euron. In the original, it was more Harry's experience and knowledge of magic, against which Euron didn't stand a chance (attack a mage in his home and see how badly you die), in my interpretation.
