Chapter 19 of No Joy in Command is out for Squires!

Baela is one bag of trouble. In canon, she only 'calmed' down once she lost her dragon and had her face half-burned and literally got off dying a second time when Aegon decided not to behead her after dragging her to the bloc.

It will take a lot of words to make Baela even seem like a reasonable addition to Jon's harem/polycule. She's been ridiculously aloof the entire story. Meanwhile Rhaena's had time to build a tentative relationship and understanding with Jon. I do have hope though. Because even a little hope is enough to keep the aspirations of this dirty-minded ol reader lit.
