Lately, I found some time to watch the first episodes of "The Bear." I saw this episode where Carmy writes his "Non-Negotiables," and it looked like an interesting and cool way to reorganize my life, so I decided to make my own list of Non-Negotiables. In the list, I included things like "read for 20 minutes every day," "meditate for 10 minutes every day," "work out three times a week," and also "do a page of the comic every day, except Wednesday because that day I rest." I'm going to do this for a week, and who knows, maybe this is how I'll find my way. See you tomorrow.
