To Andrew - if you haven't already used the Emgality savings card (because you can only do this part once), you can get one from their website and get your first fill as low as no charge. You may have to activate the card before taking it your Pharmacy. If an inexperienced tech tells you that your primary has to pay something before billing to the savings card, let them know that per the Terms, it can be used once if you have non-government funded commercial insurance and the insurance doesn't cover it.

I work in Pharmacy and I hate insurance. 3 PBMs currently own 80% of the market because the FTC has failed to do their job. Because of this, these PBMs control everything. They tell you what Dr you can see, what pharmacy you go to and what medicine you can take based on their bs "formularies." We Independent pharmacies have been fighting to stay in business because these companies often pay us below our cost of meds. It's the PBMs that are banking billions in profits. Please remember that when your copays are sky high.
