Romanced or not, Minthara is willing to go head first into Avernus on Karlachs behalf to demolish Zariel. and thats HUGE. Minthara has been nothing but power hungry the entire game and is constantly clawing to get more. But in this moment, she is putting all desire for power on furlough just for Karlach. She is going to wage a war against Zarial and all of Avernus for the life of just one person, a person who might still die in the end. If Karlach does not romance Minthara, she is still putting her own ambition and desire for power on hold to help Karlach in which she'd gain no benefit other than Karlach being alive.

btw I think that the only way to get the "Go to Avernus" with Minthara as Karlach is using the Knock Out method on Minthara since you need Dammon's help with the engine and if Karlach doesnt upgrade her engine she'd just burn out to ashes on the dock leaving Minthara alone. truly a Doomed by Narrative ship lol. the way I headcanon Karlach's reason to knock her out is when she first meet Minthara and sees Minth with Orin, Karlach sees quick flashes of the torture Orin did to Minthara and Karlach, fresh out of Avernus after serving Zariel for 10 years, felt simpphaty for her and just knocked her down because her gut told her that there was more to it that just a bloodthirsty drow,

OH BOI *cracks knuckles* Yes she is! Minthara admires Karlach. she sees her as one of the most ferocious fighter she's ever seen and yet recognizes Karlach's emotional vulnerability and she doesnt mock her or thinks that she's weak. Minthy is so gentle with Karlach's emotions specially after killing Gortash. She knows vengange is a bitter poison for a kind soul such as Karlach (she actually says this to Origin Karlach) she vows to give Karlach her stregnt for as long as she can draw from it. If you do the Karlach origin and you have romanced her, she will urge Karlach to return to Avernus. If Karlach chooses not to, Minthara will cry. This is the only scene in the game where Minthara cries and shows that level of emotional vulnerability. she didn't even cry when she was being tortured in Moonrise and thought she was gonna die! She tries to persuade Karlach by basically saying, "I'm going to personally make Zariel pay for what she did regardless on whether or not you're with me, so you may as well come with me." That vengence paladin in her is really shining through. And Minthara is a paladin of her word. Even if Karlach does choose not to return and dies, an enraged and heartbroken Minthara would still march through the Hells to destroy Zariel the biggest piece to me that shows how much Minthara LOVES Karlach is when you do Origin Karlach but dont romance her and return from Avernus. If you do the Karlach origin in which you go to Avernus but do not romance Minthara, she will be excited to see Karlach at the reunion party alive and happy. She also says that once she reclaims her house, she has every intention of joining Karlach in Avernus and she does this completely unprompted! Karlach does not even ask and Minthara is just offering her an army once she has one, and she will provide it free of charge. Karlach can ask Minthara why she's doing all of this. Minthara kind of not so subtly admits that she's in love with Karlach, but, of course, won't use the words "love" and she dances around it. She literally says that there are no words in her language or Karlach's to describe such mystery of the heart. Also is Minthara is taken by Orin Karlach is like "She dared to take MY Minthara!" lol

Another idea is hot lady with purple eyes and glasses (cant remember her name) doing an "um, actually" pushing up of her glasses and correcting someone she is into and the other lady being like, "Yea, I'm going home" and glasses lady panicking and apologizing in a silly gay way to get her to come back.

I think it would be really cute for a scene were Rau hears that Vanya likes rocks (precious gems) and she brings to Vanya a large clod of dry dirt, not realizing it is not a rock, and Vanya laughing at Rau for being so cute but ridiculous and Rau being embarrassed but also loved. No idea if that would fit into your story or characteristics of your OCs, but I thought it would be gay

I vote for more butt action. After you posted that wonderful piece with Mina and Demi, I suddenly realized that I don't recall seeing any of your characters go into all out butt worship. So much action occurs in the front, but hardly anything in the back.
