After the marionette had subjected Demi to endless tests, a breach in her lab abruptly cut short their activities. However, the scientist had already prepared for this.
Before parting ways with Demi, she drained the vampire of all her blood to further conduct her experiments on the dreadblood. This would, however, prove to be a fatal mistake.

On one hand, Mari is pretty and terrifying. On the other hand, Demi needs so much peace, love and a good meal after this! She looks like she's in so much pain! :(

Demi can control the dreadblood even when it's not attached to her body. For example her fight with Milla a few months ago. Now there's a huge jar of it outside of containment. I'm just guessing but I think that's the fatal mistake
