I am Gearous, and I want to begin by expressing my profound gratitude for your patience as you waited for the rewards that have been delayed since July. With November upon us, I wish to extend my most heartfelt apologies for keeping you waiting for three long months. I understand that words can sound like mere excuses, but it's important to me that I share the genuine reasons behind these delays.
Over these months, I have been deeply immersed in various outsourcing projects, especially as we approach the year's end. But it wasn't just the workload that posed a challenge. Tragically, this month, I had to bid farewell to my only grandmother as she passed away, necessitating my travel to Korea to mourn at her funeral. I fully acknowledge that I should have managed my schedule more effectively, but I found myself in a situation where postponing my work was inevitable.
At this very moment, I find myself traveling overseas once again for a new project. Despite these trying circumstances, I want you to know that I remain dedicated to providing my very best to my cherished supporters.
