The original idea for this case was drafted about 1 year ago, and I want to give a special thanks to Ilv18, ShamlessPride, and JeanStories for helping me polish the main idea (sometimes without them realizing it, but through conversations, they all inspired this case). I do hope the mystery was elaborated and the answer satisfying at the end; at least I feel like it was better than the first one, but still, I want to keep improving for future cases.
And just like last time, while the main case concludes here, there are still a couple of pages left for the epilogue!

I like how wholesome this ended up being, although I would have liked to see thyra, gabi, mira or really any of the main cast get the belly treatment too, I know the whole point of this series is showing how they deal with the patient's conditions but still one can still dream.
