That is not Dakota Fanning. She was about 8-9 years old when this movie came out.

Ikr? One of the telltale signs of a great actor/actress when you struggle to recognize them from one movie to another - it means they're good at what they do. Kate is one of my favorites - and not just for hormonal reasons - she's a wonderful actress. I'm personally quite fond of Serendipity, a movie you might consider watching this Christmas for another distinctly different character performance. She's movie gold. :) And don't tell anyone I said I like Serendipity! I have an image to maintain. ;)

Biss I was wondering would it be possible for you to go over the vampires stories and folklore of Romania, possibly as part of your Halloween month streams. I think it would be very interesting. Just a thought. Thanks

Kate Beckinsale and the actor Michael Sheen who played Lucian the Lycan leader were married from 1995-2003. So they split up the year this movie came out. Also Viktor played the bad guy in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. He was Captain Davy Jones

Ok Biss is obviously some sort witch. No way she can predict the plot of all this completely unpredictable movies. She must be in congress with the Beast! As to continuing this series I guess that's up to you. I've seen most of them, and this one is as good as it gets. I'll give it 3 stars. One movie I would recommend is Dog Soldiers. Much better werewolves in my opinion. As for a good pure fantasy movie maybe check out Legend from 1985.

Biss, of course you know Kate Beckinsale, who played Selene. You just saw her in Pearl Harbor, aka "the lucky girl" who gets both Josh Hartnett and Ben Affleck.
