So, about those Patreon goals...

I'm all for a publicly available model (IMO a female bird preferred). Along with it a simple sample scene (eg, walk a few steps and sit on a cube). In software development the best way to learn is by seeing how an existing thing works and modifying it, so I'm assuming animation could be similar.

Aw, thanks! I don't mind the idea of doing another longer animation in the future, there's a lot you can do with it that you can't with a shorter loop. But for now at least, I need a break to just do some easy fun short stuff, haha.

Making models for game engines like that requires some techniques that I'm not really familiar with at the moment, so I can't jump into it right away, but it's something I might look into in the future!

There's been a couple of requests for streaming. It makes me a little uncomfortable, but I could see how it could also be fun. I'll give it some thought! The new goal idea definitely seems to have some interest! Also very worth thinking about.

You should changes goals, like you said, they're done, specially if you aren't into some of them ! Change them for some fun ones, for you ! You can always organize a poll on a list of them if you can't decide/don't want to decide :)

Couldn't care less about whether it has sound or not, the quality of your animations and models are amazing. Would like to see more long animations though, to many animators just do short loops, its nice to see someone with skill doing longer ones.

Ahaha guilty as charged! I will parrot what's been said and say you can dump the old goals for new ones, after all, in a way they've been fulfilled... sort of! I'm honestly just around to give you some money, so I'll be around regardless of what you choose to do as long as I can maintain it.

I bet there will still be some good ideas for a new goal and in the last place you can take your game so you can take your time with it but still have it as your goal in mind.

Never say "Switch" to a spanking enthusiast like it's a bad thing XD If it entertains you to have goals, yeah, fan picked loops would be great, as well as turning good stills into motion scenes, otherwise keep delivering the messy and I'll keep delivering my little contribution!

As for the old goals, I say you're good to go to remove them! As for new goals, I definitely second the idea of doing previous, fan-favorite works into animations/loops. Obviously the difficulty scale for these are a little hard to pin down, but it's a good idea! Other than that... Hard to say, ha. Have you ever thought about streaming your work, even silently/with music? There's no need to talk or have a mic on, a lot of art streamers work that way. I ask because a great engagement activity for your community and a great reward goal would be to have one or two Patron streams a month where you spend some time just working on whatever you're working on; Art, modeling, animation, whatever, but doing it 'with' your community. The bump with this is if you're working on a commission--Where's the line? What if they don't want it seen by others? I don't know the answer to this, but it may be something to consider!

A new goal incentive that might be neat is to take an existing artwork piece you previously did and "re-imagine" it as an animated clip. I'm sure there are plenty of folks who would be super hyped to see the still images become moving scenes.
