I have managed to get a big chunk of The Phoenix done, though there is still story to write, but I am optimistic that I can finish the story in a few weeks, even with a few tricky parts to it.
I also managed to get started on my new MCU FF called Firewing, with the main character being an Elder Dragon. I have a feeling that this story will be similar in length to Silverfire and the romance will probably be just as good. I already have a female lead in mind, but I will have to see how it all works out.
Still, I have to admit that I find it very hard to get started with a story sometimes, as it takes a lot of inspiration to write a prologue like the one from The Wanderer and The God of Grief.
Thankfully once that is done, so I can now focus on the development of the story and character interactions, as well as actuall planning out most of the plot, which is a very tricky thing to do for that story.
Finally, I spend a few hours just watching some guy melt different metal into ingots of cast some coins on YouTube, my verdict being: Time well wasted.
There is just something very satisfying about watching stuff melt and reform into something different, adding to the fact that I always felt drawn towards fire.
Last, but not least, I want to inform you all that I will update a chapter for The Wanderer later today, along with some for the Phoenix and the maybe the first chapter of Firewing.

That is exactly what it is. Its not a lesson to stop grilling meat. Or a lesson to not use bad coal. It's the dictionary definition for "do not play with fire."
Damn. That's one hell of a wake-up call when it comes to learning that one shouldn't play with fire.
I read a lot of fanfics. Formula 1 accidents. Fire incidents. How to properly grills? What to do when getting burning alive? I got into YouTube Shorts and peaky blinders. I wasn't covered in alcohol. There was no lighting fuel so i used rubbing alcohol as substitution. The fire traveled to the bottle, exploding on my hand, and splashing on me. I basically molotov cocktail myself
Also, why the hell were you covered in rubbing alcohol?!
Damn, that sounds horrible. But at least you got a vacation out of it ... Though you could hardly move to enjoy it ... But it gave you time to catch up on a lot of series at least, didn't it?
I burnt myself while trying to grill some carne asada. Second degree burns on most of the left leg and left hand. Burnt lips and thighs. Some nasty stuff. Bedridden for 4 days and had my little brother bath 2 times. I felt ashamed that i needed someone to help me bath so by the second week, while only capable of using three fingers, i showered, hardest thing i have done. I used three fingers to eat, read, sh*t, brush my teeth, change gauzes every day, and shower. Ps... I mean WHO knew rubbing alcohol was so flammable?!ππ€‘

A DC FF is something for the far future, as I have way too little knowledge of that Universe. Maybe a Crossover.
