Personaly I prefer the first Karen.

I think the hair and makeup is a big reason she looks so different. Her face has certainly changed but with the old hair and makeup she still looks enough like Karen. The previews of her with SOB4W and the demon guy still look like Karen. Either way, I'll happily take the changes for that new body. I think she will look amazing when getting fucked.
