I have been on keto (low carb , no sugar , moderate protein) pretty much 95% (meat , vegetables , healthy fat) of the time for the past year and a half except some holidays / occasions. BUT when I have a cheat day I eat damn good. Chinese food , Taco Bell, Korean food. π They grow when I'm on keto and grow when I'm eating bad. π€·πΌββοΈππΌ
