Also note that my boobs are not on there all of the way either. I wanted it to be as accurate as it could be with this method.

When I weighed myself this morning I was 114.6 (that time of the month , so subtract a few pounds) Ever since keto I try to keep my weight at around 110 lbs since I'm 5'0 and don't want my gut back (least not anytime soon) and yes I weigh myself every morning , just a habit ππ
