It makes sense to wrap up Firefly and watch the Serenity movie first, but then I am excited for you to continue with the MCU. The Phase 1 movies you watched are good but it gets so much better, and you're absolutely going to love Guardians of the Galaxy.

I love Serenity. It's funny. it's zany. Entertaining. Perfect movie to farewell that lovable bunch. If you ever get a chance, I recommend Equilibrium (with Christian Bale and Sean Bean), or Minority Report, Office Space, or do the Sherlock Holes movies with Robert Downey Jr., or the Resident Evil franchise, or The Fourth Kind (creepy movie. Thank You for Smoking if you enjoy a bit of dark humor.

Found your channel when you did the first episode, and it has been like sharing my favorite show with a friend- I absolutely cannot wait for the conclusion! I dunno. While I value your opinion Thor Ragnarok was a very good film. Ant Man and the Wasp was also quite enjoyable, at least in my opinion. Now, having said that all entertainment is subjective. What I like you may not and vice versa. Caveat ended.

You’re gonna love serenity. I was able to go to the premiere and met a ton of the cast because of a friend in the industry. Jewel was unbelievable sweet and kind. I got to have dinner years later with her and her husband and a handful of others via the same friend and she was still kind and so very Kaylee.

Because Serenity closes out a story and we still have more than dozen mcu movies to get through, and the next mcu movie is iron man 3 which is comparatively not one of the better ones, had it been Serenity vs winter solider or guardians this race may have been closer

Natalie-- I forgot to mention. Before you watch Serenity, you should consider reacting to the "R TAM Sessions". Search for them on YouTube. Just 8 minutes long, they were Joss Whedon's attempt at viral video marketing in advance of the movie. They don't give any spoilers away, but they are shocking and a must-see. They feature Whedon as the doctor and of course Summer Glau as River Tam.

Please opt for Serenity. After recently completing the Firefly series, you don't want too much time to elapse transitioning to the movie. Iron Man 3 is a great film, but it can wait without losing any of its potency. You definitely won't regret watching Serenity first ... it just might make it onto your top 10 favorite movies list!

I like Iron Man 3, so I’ll vouch for it. I think people were expecting a different movie than they got, but if you take it on its own merits, it’s just as good as the others. One of Tony’s best character arcs, one of the best and most intense single scenes in the MCU (y’all who’ve seen it probably know which one I’m talking about), and also my favorite MCU movie with Pepper, other than Endgame. Love Serenity too, but don’t sleep on Iron Man 3; it’s a good one.

I personally can not wait for both of these, I find the key to happiness is learning to be happy with what life gives you. When life gives you lemons I suggest you say "bleep these nasty lemons" unless you are in danger of getting scurvy then a lemon is pretty amazing. Any way congratulations on your little bundle of joy, unless your not drinking for a different reason in which case why bring up the fact that you are not drinking? Any way this is a win win for me, so Happy New Year and if you are not knocked up a notch my bad for making assumptions.

I'm not a huge fan of Iron Man 3, but voted for it anyway in the hopes of you having some breathing space between the last episode of Firefly and Serenity. I watched the movie right after I saw the show, and wish I had waited a bit. But that's just me. YMMV.
