Seriously, why does anyone ever recommend this to someone who hasn't seen them already? If she watched them in time line, she would have watched Captain Marvel as the second movie and none of it would mean anything to her. She would barely know who Fury is, wouldn't know who Coulson is, and the end credit scene would just be confusing as hell. The movies were released in a specific order and should be watched (for the first time) in that order. To do otherwise just causes confusion, a lack of character development and involvement, and spoilers. Watching by release date means that she *will* watch Captain Marvel before Endgame, so I don't understand why you think she'll miss it.

1. Both Ant Man and the Wasp *and* Captain Marvel are meant to come in between Infinity War and Endgame. Jumping straight to Endgame would be disjointed. 2. I love Agents of SHIELD but it's fairly disjointed from the MCU at this point. It's not *not* canon, but officially it's a separate timeline (for reasons explained in the show). Combined with the sheer number of episodes (it ended at 7 seasons), I'd always still recommend watching it......but it could easily wait until after the Disney+ shows coming out (which you should DEFINITELY watch as they directly influence and tie into the films).

Now that we have the MCU, we don't NEED the dour, depressing, wrist-slittingly downbeat Netflix-verse anymore. They were more of a nicotine patch after the first Avengers movie. Now, all we need is for MCU to start enjoying some of Disney's Fox riches, and give us a REAL Daredevil in the canon movies.

Not only is she a unique Marvel kick-ass woman, she is up against the baddest, scariest bad guy you will ever see. It will supercharge you in unique ways that may make you want to bail out of the show, but trust me you will want to see Jessica impossibly beat this guy...

So I normally spend my lunch breaks cycling on my exercise bike. Putting on your reactions to GoT helped me get into it, so thanks for that! You take my mind off of the pain. Yesterday I felt like I could have kept going after the hour of GoT and today I worked through lunch so I couldn't cycle. Then I saw this and had an idea. 34km and 3333 calories later I was a sweaty crying mess on an exercise bike. So uhhhh, thanks for that too I guess? Hahahaha. I've decided now whenever I watch movies I'm gonna cycle! The road to good health is paved with pain, and distractions.

just watched Infinity War/Endgame again this week and am already ready to watch again. Both are an amazing payoff of getting through 10 years of MCU films. I know Marvel movies will go on for years and years to come, but not sure we'll reach this pinnacle of storytelling again. You'll definitely want to be 100% before diving in.

Don’t worry about it, just focus on feeling better. Just a thought, but do you know which version of Blade Runner you’re watching? There’s 3 main ones, the theatrical cut, the director’s cut, and the final cut. I’d suggest watching the Final Cut, it’s the one most closely resembling Ridley Scott’s vision, as the theatrical was messed around with by the studio, and the director’s cut wasn’t really overseen much by Scott.
