Inquisitor is a classification of Sith. Extremely powerful in the force, and yes exceptionally brutal. If I recall correctly Palpitine is also classed as an inquisitor. Also, I feel like you miss the part where she's Sith. Sith aren't exactly cute and cuddly. True some control their emotions better but unlike Jedi they are driven by passion. They are all varying levels of psycho and will always stab you in the back to get ahead. Reva isnt special in that regard

Obi-Wan didn’t know about Vader being alive for a couple of reasons. The first, obviously, Obi-Wan is hiding and keeping a low profile. His main concern is watching over Luke, he’s not exactly watching the news. Two, he didn’t know Anakin was rescued, he just assumed he’d die of his injuries. Three, in Disney canon, Vader does not exactly live out loud. He’s a secret enforcer of the Emperor. Heck, he doesn’t even really come to be in command of an entire fleet until Empire Strikes Back. Following the destruction of the Death Star, Vader even gets demoted and has to take orders from General Tagge (he was the one on the Death Star that said the rebels could destroy it, he survived).

He knows Anankin is Vader but he just hadnt heard of his exploits since mustaphar. and the last he saw was limbless and burnt so presumed he had died

I’m pretty sure Tarkington and Thrawn knew, also it’s not unlikely that if someone could keep the secret to themselves than Vader wouldn’t figure it out. He’s not reading everybodies mind at all times. NO ONE beside the Emperor, Yoda and Obi knows That Anakin is Vader. If anyone would even suspect that's him under the helmet, he would hunt them kill their family and spread salt on their grave. Not even Tarkin nor Thrawn knows who's under the helmet. Specially not a force user working for him. The 3rd sister would had been chop to piece as soon as she started her Inquisitor training.
