Just wanted to take a moment and thank you for reacting to Ted Lasso and that I'm glad you've been enjoying it so much! My wife and I binged the first season a few months ago and watched the second season live as it aired... we've really enjoyed every aspect. It manages to pack so much humor and heart while touching upon fairly weighty subjects - more so in the second season, even.

Ted Lasso (the show, not the character) certainly does surprise you in how its narratives unfold & the character’s arcs change and/or simply end. You’ll have to sit right to see how things w/ the “boss lady” shake out, because I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I went around spoiling Ted Lasso to anyone, (I mean what kind of monster would even consider such a crime against humanity?) But I do enjoy a few fun references to future events – so long as they’re cryptic enough to not give anything away. Here’s a couple of ‘em that are hopefully innocent enough: “Diamond Dogs” & “Mephistopheles Facial Hair.” :D “high five, tree!” – Coach Theodore Lasso™ Cheers \ (•◡•) /

I've only seen the show up to this episode (watching along for the first time with Nat), so I have no idea what's coming in future episodes. But I'm really hoping that someone close to Rebecca (Higgins would be my bet) convinces her that the best way to get back at her ex husband would be to make the team better than it was when he owned them. I realize that that would eliminate the main antagonist of the show, but she can't keep trying to ruin the team forever.
