If a reactor, who was clueless about Star Wars 3 years ago, says it's cheesy, doesn't make any sense, call every scene 2 min. before they happened. MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, the problem is not with the fandom but rather a shitty product that KK is jamming down everybody's throat.

Seriously the Stormtroopers being hopeless is a criticism that could be aimed quite fairly at every Star Wars movie/show. Its a running feature of the franchise. Similarly with the Resistance having great timing. I think goofiness (eg Leia under the trenchcoat) is part of the charm. Star Wars started with a space fairytale and has always been light hearted fantasy to me. I can't speak about the cartoons as I've never been inclined to watch them, but all the live action has a healthy dose of not taking itself too seriously. And I love it.

Episodes 3 & 4 are the weakest of the series, but 5 & 6 are the strongest.

"Wow the resistance really has good timing" ... add it to the list of cheap conveniences this show is mostly comprised of. Also, the way those speeders entered the loading bay looked so bad. It felt like a fan made movie using plugin efx.
