Band of Brothers is an amazing series. But probably the one that would truly break Natalie. Or, at least, her tissue box budget. If looking for something new, I just started the two new Neflix series, "The Peripheral" and "Wednesday". I'm enjoying both.

To be fair, my ranking of STAR WARS doesn't tow the line with popular opinion: Original Trilogy - obvious perfection The Mandalorian - managed to capture the feel of the original trilogy while exploring the most interesting timeline - post RotJ Star Wars The Sequel Trilogy - still better than the prequels - best Star Wars vfx - Rey and Kylo Ren most interesting characters since OT. Luke is not a messiah. He is a man, and he is flawed. Luke had a LOT of flaws. But he was backed into a corner with every decision during the reign of the Empire. Once Palpatine was contained and Vader destroyed, his future was not written. The Book of Boba Fett - for The Mandalorian episodes alone Solo - of all the prequels, the only one to get the tone right Rogue One - this movie lacked warmth and felt a little paint by numbers - and again, despite the awesome Vader scene at the end, still botched canon Obi Wan Kenobi - did a great job trying to fix botched canon of the prequels - but terrible VFX, and poor editing kept this from being rewatchable (unless you re-edit it into a 3 hour movie) Prequel Trilogy - despite some good additions like Qui Gon and Darth Maul, these films felt very misguided and botched Anakin's downfall while also contradicting too much of the Original Trilogy's plot. Andor - unfortunately, pre-A New Hope Star Wars is just the least interesting period to me. I'd rather explore how we got to The First Order. The Clone Wars and Rebels - not for me. Looking forward to Ahsoka Tano. Also looking forward to The Acolyte, going deep into the history of the Star Wars universe. I'm looking forward to Knights of the Old Republic Star Wars and I want to further explore Rey's place in the universe.

Andor is easily the best Star Wars content since Empire. The writing and performances are brilliant. I voted for Arcane over Andor because she will almost certainly watch Andor at some point.

At the end of the day, I just think she shouldn't rush to react to ANDOR. Lots of other stuff to react to and in a couple of years, when Season 2 of Andor comes out, she can react to ANDOR right before the release of Season 2 and then react to Season 2 live. But there's just nothing all that monumental in this show that merits an immediate reaction. That's all.

That's some pretty flawed logic there. Not only are you comparing it to a poll with other non star wars shows to show how it compares to other star wars shows but you're also comparing it to a poll that wants people to have someone react to a show. Wanting someone to react to a show is different than "what is your favorite show". I wish more people voted for what would be the better reaction video than I just want her to watch my favorite show so I can be validated in my personal opinion. That's how I vote and your personal opinion of how good this particular show is compared to others in that series seems misplaced here.

Everyone here is paying for it. If you’re looking for specific reactions instead of Nat’s content, then maybe unsubscribe until you see her posting the reactions you want to see. In regard to the “silly cartoons”, Arcane has actually won a lot of awards and been given a lot of praise for various aspects of the show, including the writing and story telling. If you’re going to pass on a show because it’s not live action, that’s completely up to you. But regardless of what you chose to pay, a majority of the 2000 other subscribers decided to vote for Arcane. There are people who have voted for arcane for months and came up disappointed. So regardless of how you or I feel, that’s how this works.

Very true. But we are paying for this. I think I'd just like a more advanced schedule for a month before I find out if it's just going to be 100% Stranger Things or if the next few cycles will go to Arcane or if she's going to resume reactions to what most of us are here for. And poor Nat, I genuinely feel for her and know she can't just watch the good stuff without fatigue and I don't blame her. I blame the silly geese voting for cartoons.

I’ve never played the game and never will but the show was actually really good most fans I think don’t even play the game. I was super sceptical on watching it cause I’ve never played league I actually can’t stand league 😂😂 but for what the show was based off of it was really good and surprised me. The art, the sound design, the music production, the voice acting was all just really good to me you can tell a lot of heart went into it.

I don't think Andor is a very good watch along show, at least, it isn't anything she needs to rush to get to. I'd almost recommend she just wait until Season 2 is wrapped and watch all 24 episodes and then celebrate by watching Rogue One as a LIVESTREAM so we can all talk to each other about how those two seasons of Andor worked with Rogue One as one cohesive whole. I'd recommend she just watch all the rest of Daredevil, Jessica Jones, etc before she even thinks of starting Andor.

I know you have previously said you don’t want the watch Boba Fett, which I get bc it wasn’t great for the most part; however, you should know episodes 5 & 6 are really Mando season 2.5. Boba isn’t even in one & think he is in the other for like one line. So I would highly recommend watching those 2 episodes before Mando season 3.

For me, it is so not Star Wars that it is also just not Star Wars, but nothing in the prequel era feels like Star Wars to me. Even Rogue One doesn't feel like Star Wars. The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett and the Seque l Trilogy are the only good Star Wars since the original Star Wars, for me at least.

Andor has moments of greatness, the acting is generally quite good and it looks amazing. But it takes so much time to get anywhere and wastes so much precious time on needlessly drawn-out scenes. I doubt I will ever revisit it, even for a reaction.

ya you're not wrong. Mandolorian is definitely the best. But I think what makes Andor also strong is that it's NOT a normal "Star Wars" show, as in it doesn't put Star Wars first. It even feels like not Star Wars a lot of the time which to me is refreshing. The first few episodes didn't feel like Star Wars at all, it just felt like a story. It didn't rely on nostalgia baiting. Although it's definitely slower and not everyone's taste.

It is funny to me that everyone is saying ANDOR is the best Star Wars show ever, but it's losing to Arcane, Daredevil and Band of Brothers in this poll. If it was REALLY the best Star Wars show, it would at least be third, haha. I think this poll is sort of a testimony to its lackluster ratings. Nothing against this show, but I think you're raking a LOT away from The Mandalorian which IMO is the best Star Wars show, and Best Star Wars period since the Original Trilogy. I do hope Natalie watches Andor at some point because it is still pretty good.

I've actually played it. It's terrible. I know people who are obsessed with it and even hateplay it. So I'm genuinely curious if it's those people who love this show or if the vast majority have never played the absolute garbage this show is based on. I love that there's people who are so delusional that they actually think a YouTube reactor should feel obligated to watch something specifically because they want them to, because they don't want to watch any of the other options. Honestly, take a step back and think about that objectively for a second. The only person who's opinion matters is the one that everyone here is paying to share it. She put options in a poll, which means she's interested in watching all of them. I guarantee you she's not interested in who specifically wants each one. Open your eyes. Nat throws in shows that she wants to watch occasionally without a poll. But for a lot of it she leaves it up to us to decide what we want to watch her watch next. The Defenders saga is a lot, she balked when she realized just how many episodes she’d be locked in for and she doesn’t want her channel to be bogged down for the next year or so stuck in the same universe. So the Defenders shows are being sprinkled in to keep things fresh.

Haven't watched all of Nat's Daredevil S1 reactions yet, but surely if she loved the show she's not leaving it to the audience if she gets to watch S2 right? No, it's not toxic to have different reactions to different things. But it is toxic to go to every single channel and every single comment section on every single video like a bunch of locusts to advocate for Arcane, And then when channels do watch it, to then berate the viewer on things that they missed because they weren't paying attention to the cartoon characters closely enough. Which is what portions of the arcane fandom seem to do a lot of. Also, while it's not toxic to enjoy arcane more than a war film, I would say that it is quite immature to say something like it's more emotionally affecting to watch a cartoon In a fantasy world over something thatbactually happened to real people.

One person's reaction to a war film is going to be different based on their life experience vs say a film that has family trauma. Arcane is a tough one honestly, it's so tight and fast paced that you miss a lot on the first time around and it's not conducive for a lot of commentary. I hope Nat can still enjoy it! When someone says that an animated show hits harder emotionally than a true story about heroism and sacrifice and death of real people, then I will call that delusional. I'm just going to give my two cents here not really looking for a debate, but I have watched multiple reactors to Arcane. Mary Cherry really struggled to pay attention. She was texting during important dialogue. Then was confused when she didn't understand what had been explained two minutes earlier. I actually like her reactions but she dropped the ball on Arcane or at least the first couple episodes. Obviously nobody deserves hate but constructive criticism should be acceptable especially when you are paying for a service and the service was very lackluster. Anyways I enjoy most of Mary Cherry's reactions so its not a big deal, and I really don't have a dog in this race, but ever since that one troll/ degenerate going on and on about Arcane the most toxic people I've seen on here are the anti-Arcaners.

Actually it was nothing to do with her not paying attention. She also has ADHD so I cut her some slack. All the hate she got was from League fans. If it was because she "dont pay attention" when in fact she does, then im sure every video would get all the hate, but it was strictly arcane content. She payed attention just fine to the show, some things just didnt click with her right away. Nat will react to it and thats fine and all but im not going to be shocked if the comments get way out of hand by the fan base. Im sure as heck going to avoid that comment section like the plague xD

I really hope you get to Andor at some point. It is unlike any other Star Wars show so far. It's an espionage drama that doesn't rely on action. When the action hits though it's spectacular! The first couple of episodes are admittedly not the best but still good. From 3 onwards though it gets better and better ratcheting up the tension with each installment. I would also like to see you watch BoB sometime as it is probably my favorite series of all time. It's not an easy watch though. It gets very heavy at times, but it's amazing and, I believe, an important one to experience. This is a hard poll because they're all great choices. It looks like Arcane will win which is also a good one. And at least it'll quiet the fanatics finally.

@Rich lmao of course they didn't have She-Hulk in mind. I'm not talking about writers. I'm talking about fans. Arcane may write female characters well (I'll never know) but all I've seen from its fans, is mansplaining and the belittling of the content creator they're watching (especially female reactors) . And no, She-Hulk writers only had every other toxic white male subculture in mind when they wrote it. Which seems to be the bulk of the most vocal Arcane fanatics. I use She-Hulk as the prime example, cause it's the show that finally called all you clowns out. And I hope more major studios do it. No sugarcoating let's just put it right in your face and you decide if that's a hill you wanna die on.

I think of it more as an ensemble cast and I don’t get hung up on Andor not being the main star at all moments. This easily the best written and acted Star Wars since Empire. It might be the best ever. Characters actually have layers! Which is unheard of for Star Wars which mostly operates on archetypes and broader characters.

Arcane, 100%, Natalie! It's relatively short (1 season of 9 episodes) and it is so, so, so good. I held off watching it for awhile, despite the fanfare, because I don't play League of Legends (source material); but, this show is deserving of its' adulation and accolades. Fantastic characterization, storytelling and the artwork is stunning.

There is someone advocating for Daredevil in a comment above that is completely unprompted talking about how bad She-Hulk is, just own your own toxic fans. It doesn't represent the whole. The writers for She-Hulk 3 years ago were not looking at Arcane fans when they were getting their inspiration

I've seen plenty of tv shows including a lot of critically acclaimed shows that are always in the running for greatest show of all time like breaking bad. Art is subjective and I just happen to be very fond of what Arcane has achieved and so are a lot of people. There's a reason I brought up awards and its high critical score, because objectively speaking its one of the highest rated first seasons of a show. So it's not that hard to see why it could be someone's favorite. Just because it doesn't live up to that standard for you doesn't mean you have to hop on a random person's comment and act condescending by insinuating that they haven't watched enough high caliber shows just because their opinion differs. You have your opinion, and I have mine. We can just leave it at that and I hope you have a nice rest of your day.

All of these are excellent choices. If anyone is sleeping on Andor you should give it a shot. The episodes are structured as three-ep mini arcs. So if you feel like “nothing happens” in the first two… just wait. It’s the best Star Wars content in years by leaps and bounds and currently the best written show airing in television. That said… I’m not an anime or cartoon fan at all… but I enjoyed Arcane a lot. My buddy literally sat me down and made me start it and I thought it was so well done. The art style is wonderful. Lastly… DD season 2 is awesome and we know you’ll catch up eventually… and Band of Brothers is a classic.

You’re referring to Mary Cherry I’m assuming (who did end up finishing her reaction btw) and it wasn’t that she didn’t know any backstory it was more of her lack of attention from what I garnered. I never commented on it but I lost interest in her reaction to the series quickly due to her inability to pay attention. Considering the fact that I dislike League of Legends, and the fact that the only reason I ended up watching it was my friends essentially forcing me to watch it, and I still came out with it being one of my favorite shows i think speaks volumes to how good it was. That combined with the 100% critic score on Rotten tomatoes, the many awards including an emmy, crazy good word of mouth from people who don't even know what LoL is. It's not that it is indie or underrated, so much as there is a metric ton of marvel and star wars content to consume and just one season of Arcane. There will be countless hours of the former before and after, so fans of those IPs have both had their fill and will continue to eat well long into the future. Bojack is technically a comedy and often very funny, but it is also a deep dark existential crisis. Putting it in the same bucket as Brooklyn 99 is like… mixing whisky and bubblegum. Both are good shows (though Bojack is much better) but I personally find it funny you'd lump them together.

I love Twin Peaks with all my heart, and it’s such an important show in tv history, but I would imagine it’s a very difficult sell for any reaction channel. I would be insanely stoked for any reaction channel to watch it, but in this age of Marvel fan domination for many channels, TP is a risk many wouldn’t take (understandably).

Been wanting to see Nat's reaction to Arcane, so I am glad it looks like it is finally in the lead, but have also heard great things about Andor and Band of Brothers. But if Arcane does win, at least that will give me time to watch those other shows first.

Everyone needs to watch Band of Brothers at least once. It's also just 1 season and then move on to those series with multiple seasons. Daredevil 2 would be the next one.

Dang, kind of don't have anything there I would vote for, seen DD season 2 too many times to count at this stage, Arcane has never interested me, neither have band of brothers or Andor, I still haven't finished the first season of The Mandalorian.

Need to do your homework for the Defenders = Netflix’s miniAvengers... having said that, Ironfist is nonessential 😁 he is basically One Punch Man! Heehee. Later DisneyPlus will ruin Kingpin in DisneyHawkeye and DD in Disney’s SheHulk, but DONT WORRY ABOUT THAT NOW!

People seem to like ANDOR, however, I've avoided it. I just don't like that character in general. I love ROGUE ONE, but Cassian Andor is such a boring character that I haven't even bothered. I'd suggest ASH VS. EVIL DEAD, but I don't think you can handle it.

The poll kind seems useless on this one. Andor is an amazing show though, easily the most well written Star Wars content to ever come out and it’s completely original and detached. Anyone here who isn’t watching it, give it a shot. The first 3 episodes are structured like 1 arc.
