IIRC When Rocket first meets Bucky in Avengers Infinity War, he asks him "how much for the gun?". Bucky says "Not for sale." and Rocket replies "How much for the arm?" and Bucky just gives him a look. Rocket then says "Oh, I'll get that arm..." and he does! Eventually. Honestly, it's a pretty good call back joke, they're paying attention.

Continuing his obsession with stealing prosthetics.)

Correct, this is the 2nd special Marvel has done. No others have been announced as of yet. Angry Mantis is best Mantis haha. This Groot is nicknamed "Swole Groot" by James Gunn. Technically he is the son of the first Groot we saw. At this point in his late teens=early 20s. Reasons why he has a different build than his dad. Yes, the set and the ship are also used for GOTG3.

Hi Natalie. Thanks for the Patreon exclusive. I’ll watch this every year. It was cute and it moved a couple story lines along a wee bit. I highly recommend Spirited on Appletv+. It’s Ryan Reynolds’s & Will Farrel It’s about, sort of about The Christmas Carol but it’s a musical. Definite comedy and loads of fun. I think it’s only on Apple. Peace & take care ✌️

I noticed that the movie Kevin Bacon is watching is Santa Claus Conquers the Martians, another "classic" holiday film. That film and The Star Wars Holiday Special have been riffed mercilessly by Mystery Science Theater 3000 and RiffTrax respectively. (Though while Martians is hilariously bad and fun, the SW Holiday Special is....pain. Beware....)

It;s a call-back to Infinity War where Rocket basically promised to get Bucky's arm. Personally, I hope the next time Bucky makes an appearance he has an obviously different arm, I don't even care if they reference it.

Youtube is a weird place. Often times if you have 1-2 videos that get way below your average view amount the algorythm will stop recommending your channel until it gets back to where it was. So between that and just a patreon exclusive bonus I get why its not getting a youtube reaction

Regarding your concern for how much they spent I wouldn't worry too much, they are still in postproduction for Guardians 3, so I have no doubt the vast majority of the sets were repurposed for this.

I would imagine the comments for reaction videos aren't all that critical of the reactors themselves. After all Nat chooses to do popular films not controversial art pieces. If you look at her other recent uploads, they're all doing double that. I don't watch anything on her youtube channel, just on here. And I understand how only doing things that get views can seem a little cynical, but this is a job for her. I don't envy content creators that do reactions/watch alongs. Just going in to their comments, it seems like a minefield.

I think the best part of the special (for me) was when Rocket got Bucky's Arm. I hope there is an Easter Egg in the G3 movie where it's like, hung as a trophy in the ship or something. Also - the animation reminds me of Heavy Metal. Anyone else?

Here also as an Arcane fan and for the positivity. The OP comment was presumptuous and a little strange since most if not all Arcane fans' comments have been patient and kind on Patreon. I for one am glad for the diverse content and I'm looking forward to any uploads on this channel. It does suck when someone wants to be shitty, but let's not make that the expectation everywhere, drown out the few bad apples with words of encouragement or excitement about the content instead. It's better for our personal mindsets to ignore the folks that want to troll anyway.

I think we Arcane fans have been much more respectful to Natalie than any other "fanbase" lately. I am a Marvel/Arcane/StarWars/Movies/Stranger Things/Anything Natalie watches fan. And I wish everyone here would realize that just because we pay $5 to watch her watch things, doesn't mean we have any right to complain when we "don't get our way". It's just selfish. She can't please everyone, but she does try to please as many as she can. Plus, she has a life! But I would say in that comment you didn't call out a specific fanbase, would have been nice to see the same wording where you are just advocating for Marvel fans to not have a comment section on their show filled with schedule complaints.

Happy Tuesday, Natalie! 😊 This is a wonderful surprise! I loved the animation that was used in the beginning with Yondu, young Peter, and Kraglin and then again towards the end. Kevin Bacon playing himself in this was fantastic. It really didn't surprise me much when Mantis mentioned that she's Peter's sister. Because Ego was trying to create the perfect person with his Celestial gene. And was with Mantis' mother. And he most likely kept Mantis because of her power. I love the song that Kevin Bacon sang with the group Old 97's. Now I'm really curious about how Nebula got Bucky's arm for Rocket. LOL! I get it's meant well, but the pre-emptive call out doesn't feel great. I think the Arcane fans recognise Nat has given it more chances to get selected on a poll than most shows and are just happy to see her react to it at any pace.
