Expanse was in a poll last year but lost to Stranger Things. It's not often that shows gets featured in multiple polls so it has nothing to do with a "young audience". Please get off your high horse and stop being demeaning to others just because they might be more interested in things that you aren't :)

So many people requested it before Legend of Korra. Her comment section was flooded with requests to watch the expanse. Yet she didn't include it in the poll for some reason. Probs because of her young audience sadly. So the hope is she will Include it in the next poll for a show.

Yeah it’s really difficult to sell the whole “the straight friend is the REAL wounded party in the forced coming-out” narrative 😅 same thing with Love Simon when his friends got mad like, damn it’s not about you! I know that’s not what the show was trying to do, but it felt like it was a “coming out” scene for straight people, the way they had Colin have to explain himself to Isaac 😭 But also I know all these players are wholesome kings who love each other so I can excuse it as people having real flaws and miscommunications yet still continuing to learn and grow ✊🏻😮‍💨
