Gary

The Family Man (w Nicholas Cage!!)

Hannah Saadallah

Scrooged!

Richard Flores

It should never be about which Shane Black movie is up for discussion. It should be instead whether the current Shane Black Christmas Movie is gonna beat the other contender.

Meg Roy

Have you seen The Holiday? Yeah, I know Rom Coms aren't something you really do reactions to, but it's my favorite holiday movie, so...

Master Washington

Warrior

Nate M. J. Sort

Rise of the Guardians!

Aloy

The Holiday, The Christmas Chronicles, Bad Mom's Christmas

Bethany Wright

Violent night soon hilarious

Adam Doyle

some new fun ones could include Bad Mom's Christmas (you should probably watch Bad Mom's first), The Night Before, Office Christmas Party, Prancer (a family-friendly movie), 8 Crazy Nights (Hanukkah movie!) For "Nostalgic but Crazy", try Babes in Toyland (1986 with young Drew Barrymore and Keanu Reeves), or Santa Claus the Movie (1985 Dudley Moore)

Noah Catalino

It’s a Wonderful Life!

Leisurous

die hard

Kit Thomas

Scrooged (Bill Murray) & National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (Chevy Chase)

Matt Harris

Krampus(2015) Gremlins Gremlins 2 A Christmas Story(if you somehow haven’t seen it) Bad Santa Have yourself a little Christmas(golden girls) Grinch(Jim Carrey)

I one-hundred-and-seventeenth that!

—thoughtstorms—Keith—

Since Nattmare Season was kind of tame this year, maybe one of the many Krampus movies!! (C;

Lindsey Kristoff

Family Stone is one of my favorites, also Klaus is fantastic

Ashley Herbinger

*Four Christmases* is hilarious, if you're at all interested in a comedy. It stars Reese Witherspoon & Vince Vaughn, and has a host of legends as side characters, including Kristin Chenoweth, Sissy Spacek, Jon Favreau, Tim McGraw, Mary Steenburgen...SO many great ones. It's my favorite for when I need a laugh-induced stomachache :P *The Holiday* is my favorite Christmas/holiday movie overall, though. Hits me in the feels and just feels like a warm snuggly kind of movie moment to me. And I believe you would absolutely ADORE Arthur (one of the characters in The Holiday), as I do. ^_^

Eric Miller

I forgot to mention Tokyo Godfathers. What a movie.

José R. Colón

The Last Starfighter...

Kiskotagan

The Night Before!

Hades

Rise of the guardians, it’s a great movie

Logan Kerlee

Movies that I'll recommend are Klaus and Gremlins 2! :) I haven't actually watched Klaus before but I'd be down to watch it with you on here. :)

Logan Kerlee

You and me both! xD

Logan Kerlee

I'd be interested in watching a reaction to Batman Returns. I watched that in theaters as a youngster! Good stuff, NOT A MOVIE FOR KIDS THOUGH! xD

Bryan Erickson

George C. Scott IS Ebenezer Scrooge to me. Sim is amazing, too.

Herb123

Rise of the Guardians (2012), A Christmas Carol (2009) and Tim Burtons Batman Returns (1992) is a Christmas movie (sequel to Batman 1989).

XadeChronos

My favourite christmas movie is The Polar Express. It gets a lot of hate but this was my childhood go to movie and it just makes me happy.

Miranda Arnold

Family Stone is great. Last year I accidentally watched “Never Let Me Go” which isn’t a holiday movie but it made the holiday
interesting

Narith

I'm hoping that so many saying "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" brings it at least to a vote. My secret hope is she just watches it anyway. But at least that it's brought to a vote.

Nic Benham

Kiss kiss bang bang

magnus eriksson

Violent night, die hard esque but with santa in the role of mcclane Santa slays, slasher comedy with santa as the bad guy.

Sean

Home for the Holidays. Holly Hunter, Robert Downey Jr. It is not a "picture perfect" portrayal of family life, but it is very, very, funny in places. Not so much in others. Well worth a watch.

Christian Padilla

Love Actually!

Powers209

I love It's a Wonderful Life. I've never thought that someone so simple could move me so much. I don't know if Nat could handle this movies with all the feels. But I would like to watch it with her.

Eric Bogerd

Reindeer Games *dodging rocks* I'm sorry, I'm sorry, it was a joke. Obviously, I really meant "The Nutcracker" with Elle Fanning. *yelping as sharper rocks start flying in faster* I'll show myself out. Although, I may have to watch that one myself, just because I've never seen a movie with 30+ critics all agreeing for a 0% Rotten Tomatoes score.

Federico Zullo

Harry Potter marathon?

Hi Nat.. hope I'm not too late with this suggestion but I think "Last Christmas" from 2019 with Emilia Clarke (Khaleesi) is a great film if you haven't already seen it.

Rhea Ellis

A Christmas Story from 1983. The Santa Clause Trilogy with Tim Allen Gremlins Love Actually It's a Wonderful Life Rise of the Guardians Home Alone 1, 2, and 3 (trust me after 3 they are boring as plain oatmeal) Holiday in Handcuffs (a little cheesy but if you like Rom Coms it's a good one)

Ross Stewart

Love Actually!!!!! The holiday but British and better

Eric Miller

Santa Jaws

David Nesbit

Violent Night for sure

Jacob King

For Christmas I’m agreeing with everyone saying Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Rare Exports, Gremlins and Anna and the Apocalypse. I would also love to see The Apartment which is the ultimate new year’s movie (sorry, not sorry, to When Harry Met Sally).

ElChupa

The Man Who Invented Christmas. It's "A Christmas Carol" but told from the perspective of Charles Dickens. Super underrated imo.

Miki

Violent Night, Die Hard

Tim Keating

Controversially, Die Hard :-D

Tim Keating

Elf, Scrooged, Nightmare Before Christmas (although come to think of it, I think you may have done that one).

Shubham Bhardwaj

The Holiday

Logan Kerlee

lmao, Erik! The show's pretty excellent so far! I'm currently up to date and if you can look past some of the flaws it's a lot of fun! :)

Logan Kerlee

Ah, that's way cool Zack! I've never been, but have always wanted to explore. I went to China and Thailand a year or two ago and had a great time! I think Japan would be just as fun. :)

Anonymous Groucho

Honestly, I've seen you on a couple of channels If your needs are so specific, you might seek out OnlyFans.

Gilbert Gonzalez

Violent night, David Harbor as Santa for the win 😂 And Jack Frost (1998), with Micheal Keaton, heartwarming holiday movie

Joits

The Family Man

Anonymous Groucho

Remember, your tastes are paramount.

Wild_Lee_Coyote

Gremlins. It’s a classic holiday movie that generated some cute toys.

Shannon Turner

You've likely seen it, but Love Actually is the best Christmas movie. Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang is also great 👍

Eric James

The musical “Scrooge” 1970 with Albert Finney and Sir Alec Guinness. I cannot recommend this movie more highly. I literally come to tears every year since I saw this movie as a kid back in NYC when it opened. I like everyone else’s recommendations this movie represents the true spirit of Christmas and is total joy.

Andrew Becker

Love actually! ❀

The Hedge Knight

Great movie, totally worth Nat reacting to in the future.

Rey

Ummm....scrooged, bad santa, the santa claus, gremlins, um eyes wide shut happens at Christmas haha

Zack Wallace

I am really enjoying the episodes that have been released so far. I lived in Japan for three years and some of the episodes were filmed there. It just really made me miss that amazing country. Just adds to the viewing experience for me.

Paul Patine

It's a Wonderful Life.

andrew degen

Sunflower Mari

Rise of the guardians!!

I dunno, react to Die Hard again? /s

Paul Patine

Violent Night with David Harbour was better than expected.

dooyaunastan

Christmas Vacation - A Christmas Story - Elf - Eight Crazy Nights ( close enough ) - Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang - Die Hard

Steven Hok

Home Alone series, Die Hard series, Rise of the Guardians

Eric Janssen

Even Mr. Magoo's version would be acceptable.

kenneth

Die Hard.... Some will say it's not a Christmas movie.. some will say it definitely is a Christmas movie. I'm in the half that says it is.

Richard Flores

Thanks, I was trying to find the name of that very movie! Great call.

Michelle Simpson

Home Alone 1-3. Die Hard (It's a Christmas movie and no one one can tell me differently lol). Santa Claus 1-3. Fred Claus. I could literally go on and on. I have so many favorites.

Richard Flores

Don't forget to mention Shane Black, he's great at what he does.

Richard Flores

Muppets!

Richard Flores

Muppets!

Colton Pickarts

Home alone 2, jingle all the way and deck the halls

HeyItsSuper

Jingle All the Way (1996) with Arnold Schwarzenegg, Sinbad and Rita Wilson, it's just a good fun time. Bad Santa with Billy Bob Thornton Home Alone 2 and 3 (yes I like 3), since there is only the first one on the channel, can't remember if Natalie has seen the others. Four Brothers, a bit of a curveball, technically not a holiday movie, but takes place around Thanksgiving. It has a STACKED cast: Mark Wahlberg, Tyrese, André 3000 (yes from Outkast), Terrence Howard, Sofia Vergara, Chiwetel Ejiofor and many more

Mario Serra

Grumpy old men is also a great thanksgiving/Xmas movie to watch.

Eric Janssen

The following is a Public Service Announcement: If you see anyone...ANYONE...even thinking of recommending a certain psychotic CGI animated version of A Christmas Carol because it was the first one they grew up with, slap them down immediately, strap them to a chair, and make them watch the 1951 Alastair Sim version or the 1984 George C. Scott version. Remember, education is the future.

It’s a Wonderful Life by a landslide! Or Year Without a Santa Claus tv special! :) Oh! Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special is super fun!!

MarKreations Studios

I recommend watching "The Santa Clause" trilogy with Tim Allen, followed by the tv show sequel series "The Santa Clauses", all of which are avaliable on Disney Plus! Another movie that I recommend is Arthur Christmas (2011)

Michael Patrick

It’s a Wonderful Life.

Matt Chris

I'll be home for chritsmas (1998)

Erik Stevenson

Kurt Russell in a kaiju movie? Yeah I'll be checking it out.

Erik Stevenson

You've already seen all the big well known Christmas movies that I like, so for a couple under the radar recommendations, Ernest Saves Christmas is great light-hearted fun from the 80s, and Happiest Season was a fantastic "going home for the holidays" movie from a couple years ago that has a few actors you'll recognize.

Hairy Potter

Harry Potter!! I think The Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince both have Christmas in them!!

Logan Kerlee

Random question: Anybody on here watching or planning to watch Monarch: Legacy of Monsters?

Rod Reavern

I recommended those movies to Natalie, not my family. I think Natalie would enjoy a Charlie Brown Christmas and Black Christmas double feature. đŸ€ž

jamie jones

What? Shes done them all including holiday special

FatLittleButterfly

Guardians of the Galaxy holiday special. Don't recall you watching it đŸ€”đŸ€”

Chris Brown

Spirited (2022, musical/comedy) for sure. It's probably the 50th retelling of Dickens' A Christmas Carol but better then than the others.

Anonymous Groucho

The suggestion of Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and The Nice Guys really drives home that Shane Black has a bon*er for Christmas. (And both are great movies.)

Yani Dodge

I think she did this one actually! :)

History Nuggets

It's a long shot, but you cannot go wrong with a movie called "Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale." It is fun, sly, touching, and brilliant.

Anonymous Groucho

I second The Nice Guys. Shane Black has a thing about Christmas in his movies.

Yani Dodge

Klaus on Netflix! I think you would love it :D I also love the Christmas Carol 1999 version with Patrick Stewart

Oh Yeah! I love Christmas Movies. One of my favourites is Little Lord Fauntleroy (1980). It isn't really a Christmas movie (the movie ends on christmas day), but here in Germany it is a classic that aired every year on the last friday before christmas. Love Actually is a must seen as well. Scrooged is pretty good, too.

Another vote for "Violent Night." David Harbour as a disheartened Santa is perfect. "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles" is great fun. Steve Martin and John Candy both giving it their all. Finally, it's not a Christmas movie, per se, but I think it fits: "Batteries Not Included." Caveat: I havent watched this since my early teens (which is longer ago than I like to admit), so I have no idea if it holds up.

My favorite Christmas movie is "Scrooged," so if you've never seen that one, it's worth checking out (especially if you like Bill Murray). "Elf" is very silly, but also very fun and surprisingly heartwarming, with some great supporting performances by folks like Peter Dinklage and Bob Newhart. Lastly, "The Christmas Chronicles" is a fun romp with Kurt Russell as Santa. 😀

Happy Wednesday Nat. So many good holiday movies to choose, but I'm going to suggest Die Hard 2. You have to watch the follow up Nat 😄 Also Gremlins, because it's my favourite Christmas movie and I watch it every year. And also a light hearted and fun movie for the holiday season While You Were Sleeping with Sandra Bullock đŸ€— Have a great day Nat 💛

Tokyo Godfathers is fantastic. I highly recommend the dub. It's very much a Christmas into New Year's movie.
