You cannot by law upload an entire episode or movie and make money from it. That is illegal. There is no interpretation to that. Fair use does not allow you to upload somebody elses entire work for your own profit.

I've seen a few do the full video but it is highly illegal. it's not even a gray area. they are literally taking a copyrighted product and supplying it to their subscribers in exchange for payment without the subscribers needing to purchase said product through legal means. eventually they will run into the wrong company that will take action. I heard in particular that studio ghibli is really bad on youtube. they will let you do a few films and then strike everything all at once in an attempt to get the channel shut down.
