Ngl it's kinda criminal that you give Ashley more hate then you give firecracker. Like you don't even try to understand Ashley yet you have said you feel more sympathy towards firecracker who is a pedophile and just very bad and obnoxious personality in general.

The date to certify the election is always January 6th, so it wasn't heavy handed by the writers, that's just the date. Also 10-1 is vernacular on sets for peeing. 10-2 is the other thing. I'm surprised you weren't aware having worked in the business

sadly i do agree with what u said abt this season. i loved the main storylines & plots, but i feel that a lot of the "funny" scenes were js not funny. hopefully they learn from the constructive criticism so that s5 will be the best

Speaking as someone who worked as an on set PA, a 10-1 is code for taking a pee break. A 10-2 is a code for a...longer bathroom break.

Yeah, I really enjoy the show, but I feel like the writers gets a little lost in the sauce sometimes and completely misunderstand their own show. Like when one was asked something like “Hughie lost his dad and then was sexually assaulted by his childhood hero, how is he gonna deal with this trauma” etc his response was “Wow that’s a strong way to look at it! We thought the safeword bit was hilarious!”, or how they think Neuman is the most hated character and think Deep is a fan favourite… this season was a little rocky for me 😅

Film recommendation: since it's olympic year and the games nearly over, there's a very sweet film based on true events called Eddie the Eagle, it would be nice if you check out (if you didn't saw already) during the olympic.

Back to back to back episodes of Hughie trauma. First he has to euthanize his dad, then he gets tied up and BDSM'd against his will, now a fake Annie has manipulative sex with him to get his laptop with all the info. The writers really hated Hughie this season jfc

Gen V season 2 will be out next year and The Boys 5th and final season is slated for 2026. In the meantime, Diego Luna from Rogue One and Gael Garcia Bernal from Werewolf By Night are producing a spinoff called The Boys: Mexico. There’s also a prequel in the works that will have Jensen Ackles and Aya Cash reprise their respective roles as Soldier Boy and Stormfront.

Happy........ Thursday Nat. Had to think there for a second 😄 What craziness are we going to get with those Boys today? Gesundheit, Nat. Twice! Some really cool moments in today's episode, especially A-Train and MM coming to the rescue. I definitely agree with you Nat that the grossness is sometimes excessive, and they have certainly ramped it up this season.
