For the saboteur activity, consider a memory game? (similar to the concept behind the Spy Training Challenge video from 2 years ago) I think that would be something the person assigned as saboteur could more easily pull off than a test of other skills.The challenge could be changed to something like having 3 minutes to walk around a room then get quizzed on how many bottles were in the room, what color the curtains were, etc.
