Max here, thanks for the questions! 1. Our main workstation is actually my personal PC, which I originally built back in 2018. At the time it was fairly high-end, and I’ve since upgraded it with a 3080 Ti a few years ago. The rest of the components are more mid-tier, and I’ll likely look into a full upgrade in the near future 2. For video I/O, we use Blackmagic Duo and Quad SDI capture cards 3. For outdoor streams, the main approach is to keep our setups shaded and distribute the workload across multiple PCs. That way, no single machine is handling all the processing to the point of overheating 4. For wireless audio, we use Shure mic packs and run the receivers into our master audio mixer (Behringer X32). From there, we manage the full mix using X-Edit/Bitfocus Companion for control Hope this helps answer your questions!

Hey Max I was wondering if you could answer a couple questions I had. 1. How strong of a computer are you running to get everything working I noticed the dual pc on set is one just for stream out put and your doing all the controls? 2. What kind of capture dlcards do you guys use? 3. For the streams how do you keep everything cool like for syds out door stream. 4. How / what do you use for the audio control that talents uses and how do you hook them up. I get if you cant fully answer any questions so I appreciate you even looking through them. I love the set up and tech side of streaming a lot so seeing this is super cool and would love to see more or even a deeper dive into this kind of stuff, same with recording. We'll anyways have a good rest of your day ❤️😁

Wait this is the kind of stuff I love!!!!!

That's awesome. Thanks Max! I think it's because I'm a part-time theatre actor, I love seeing how it all works backstage. I always say there's 70% what you see but there's at least 30% of what goes on off camera and the people never get the kudos for. So kudos to the OTV staff who keep the whole thing running smoothly 👍🏻
