That's neat I guess. I felt the several years of dedicated programming knowledge get stuffed in my head. It doesn't since it goesn't give him water affinity, just lets him move naturally underwater and hold his breath longer as well as making normal fish friendly. As for the second one, maybe, if he gets other related skills he might but otherwise he doesn't have enough time to code a large game.

Uh, sorry to burst your bubble guys but there are multiple problems with that. First of all, Magic is decided by calculations and formulas which falls under the purview of the Math/Calculation skill rather than Programming skill. Also, even if Programming did help magic it wouldn't be by much, human programming skill of a senior engineer is not that good compared to any magician that has been practicing their magical formula for over 5 years. It would help but it wouldn't turn him into a genius mage or anything. As a rule of thumb, Intermediate Skill means around 5 years of dedicated training on the given skill It would help him use runes and enchant things as well as construct barriers though. And beyond Master level Calculation Skill basically lets him rip off Ajuka's Kankara formula.
