I actually love them as a Duo. Stone Cold Mercenary who operates with Ruthless and Detached Efficiency, and a Happy Go Lucky Gal who murders with Glee and Sadism for her Boyfriend. Plus it reminds me of that Meme of Master Chief, “There is a Lady in My Head who calls me Stud Muffin.”

Loyalty is absolute but feelings aren't, she can dislike MC if he treats her like trash but can never work against him, though that will not stop her from working less efficiently due to bad mood and lack of motivation so yeah, remember to pet your doomsday murderer AI girlfriend. I plan to have a scene like that, to put it in perspective how ungodly scary Giffany is.

Now that I think about it, pre-cog could probably be used for helping Giffany hack. It’ll be a varying amount of tediousness depending on the task, but Grimm could tell if a hack will work or not ahead of time. Like guessing a password; have Giffany test a list of passwords within the 5 seconds of pre-cog but stop her before actually does.

We need to head pat the AI. Loyalty may be assured but let’s not try to test that. It really is a cautionary tale on why some people may not want to get any implants at all. You just open yourself up for an attack like this. I can’t wait to see an outside POV of a netrunner trying something with Grim. Maybe Kiwi since she would try to research him once they meet and she just get rainbow vomit in her code or now she can only see pink. Something that goes holy shit he’s a scary netrunner not knowing it’s so much worse. And we’re finally taking jobs against the corps nice! Like I said before I really hope he does all 3 of the tasks that he has to complete the quest. He has to know that that’ll give him a serious bonus. All in all fun chapter! Can’t wait for more!

I recommend making it so that the MC gets achievements for reaching certain net worth (50k, 100k, 500k, 1M, 10M, etc). Also consider that for kill count.
