Hikari has to ration his energy, expending some to heal some bruises before getting the crap beaten out of him again probably didnt seem worth it

The regeneration takes energy and while the mask allows him to fall asleep immediately getting an hour or less rest isnt gonna last him the rest of the tournament without him rationing his stamina. At the end of the chapter it said that Hikari only had the energy to stand so hes already near his limit

Well he should be doing better now that he has super regen for damage and he can use the hypno mask to catnap energy. Legit he should be fine unless he’s a dumbass about something. Shouldn’t be a struggle unless you force one for drama/suspense

Awesome chap, suitable way of goading mr icy hot. Only thing I'm tilting my head at is the mention of him still being bruised before the fight. Is he not expending the energy to regen fully since he claimed it didn't affect his combat potential?
