This is a weight loss file with a difference. As someone who has struggled with eating disorders and the masses of mental health issues that come from dieting I know how hard it is to learn how to treat your body kindly. So, in this file we focus on looking at your best qualities on the inside and how an amazing person such as yourself should treat yourself with love, kindness and respect just like you would for friends and family members.
SUMMARY
This file is all about inspiring positive changes in your life around your self image and acceptance of yourself. It will require you to imagine looking at yourself in a mirror (which could cause issue for some) and drawing out all the qualities that make you amazing. Then we talk about all the aspects of your life you could use to show yourself love and kindness such as fueling your body properly, getting enough sleep, water and social and mental wellbeing also being a priority.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Anyone who would like some help with body positivity or who is like me and has been on the weight loss/dieting merry-go-round for too long and wants to get in tune with their body again. This is all about coming to terms with yourself as you are and loving yourself like you would a friend or family member.
SUGGESTIONS
As stated before this is all about looking at yourself in a mirror and thinking about what makes you, you. It will encourage you to treat yourself kindly and with respect like you would friends and family members and it gives you a few uplifting self affirmations to remember when times get rough for you. This is all about self love, self care and treating yourself how you would treat those you care about.

I totally understand, me too. In fact when I had my health issues last year it was mostly around body issues and eating so, this is something I wanted to make so we can all remember it's not about weight on the scale, its about physical and mental health and being kind to ourselves.
This is really helpful. I am currently in recovery from an eating disorder and it's really hard to see the person in the mirror. Thanks again!
