If you don't have one, that's okay because you can give your submission to yourself as a reminder that when that time comes you will be ready. It also requires you to have a piece of paper, pen and something to act as your collar nearby.
Similar to any special ceremony, this will take you through the motions of allowing you to understand what gifts you have as a submissive and how amazing it is to be able to give that to someone of your choice, as well as reminding you how precious and empowering it is to do so. This isn't hypnosis- - per say. It's more of a guided meditation through giving your submission.
