Wonders of the Wilds by Hannah Rose
Doesn’t it seem like wizards and fighters get all the coolest magic items while druids and rangers get diddly squat? Not anymore! “Wonders of the Wilds” features new nature-themed magic items, like the bag of saplings and staff of the seasons, and new spells for druids and rangers (and also sorcerers, warlocks, and wizards), like ice sheet and sandstorm. Q: How long will I be able to download the ARCADIA PDF attached to this post?
A: Indefinitely. Though this wasn’t the case at launch, our policy has changed. All issues of ARCADIA remain attached to their launch posts. You can read more about it here.
Q: I know someone who wants to get a copy of ARCADIA, but they don't want to use Patreon. Is there somewhere else they can get it?
A: Definitely, and we understand! That's why, when we post the current issue of ARCADIA to Patreon, we add it to the MCDM Shop at the same time :D. On the MCDM Shop an issue of ARCADIA is $7.
Q: I want to submit an article for ARCADIA. How do I do that?

VERY belated question regarding Spells of the Wilds: My druid really liked the spell Jet of Water. But I don't know if it's meant to be able to attack twice in the same turn. As it reads you can use your action to cast and a bonus action in the same turn to attack twice? Is that correct? Or should the bonus action only apply to following turns? Please halp.

Actually, over here you keep access as well, as long as you stay a patreon A Fox, but the idea is that people who support on here are supporting for a longer time (which is better for the team), while in the store you "just" buy a product, maybe just once.

While the first items are class agnostic, i definitely agree that the later staffs, are probably not that useful for many Rangers. Which isn't necessarily bad. But is still a fair assessment.

I love the new druid spells and items, especially the Belt of Vines, though I would still like more items for moon druid as I spend most of combat as a spider or such.

I feel like there wasn't much here for rangers. Don't get me wrong, I love Arcadia 7 and will use it. I don't think there was anything wrong with it. I just read the Wonders of the Wild article and thought "there's nothing here for my group's ranger because they aren't a big spellcaster". The article was more spells for wizards than rangers, and the magic items seem druid oriented, with a few cool druid staffs that rangers are allowed to use. They're good staffs but if the ranger wanted to cast all those spells I feel like they would have picked a different class. I see a lot of stuff here that interacts with druid class features and not much that builds on ranger features. I don't think I see anything to do with favoured enemies or terrain, beast companions etc. Again, I love the article. I hope to see more articles from Hannah Rose in the future. I plan to use some of the content of this article. I just don't feel like I got more magic items for rangers. I'm not pointing this out to be a wangrod. I'm thrilled with Arcadia 7. I just think people would love to see more ranger content in a future Arcadia, including magic items and options that build off the ranger class. If you're considering such content in a future issue please don't think "oh, we already did that so let's not repeat it"

I'm just curious: what's the reasoning for selling through your store at $7, rather than $5? Surely your processing service must take a smaller cut than Patreon, and on Patreon people also get the Illrigger. I suppose there's the fact people retain access if they buy it through your site, so it's a *bit* more value added there, but still. I don't think either price is unreasonable, but i'm just confused at the reasoning.

I'm really loving the NPCs, the design is awesome and inspiring. I've already put Uldun (the orc from the Grim Accord) into my setting with a slight name change and a little earlier in their story so the PCs can develop a relationship so I can give them the choice to save Uldun from execution.
