I've definitely had epic battles recently where I felt like...I was prepared, and I remembered everything. That seems to happen more often as I get older, but right now I feel like...I could have done a better job designing these bad guys. We'll see.
I brought their damage down in line with the kinds of damage a PC could do, like actual regular weapon damage. They have so many special abilities it should be a wash. I also lowered their AC and I will probably give them more HP. High AC = frustrated players and I can just boost HP arbitrarily.
The bad guys stats aren't included here, they're in another sheet, I may post that later.

This is amazing stuff! It actually inspired me to write out an intimidating introduction and some dialogue for the current villain in my campaign. I also agree with Jafar- it’d be very useful to see the behind-the-scenes info on the Black Iron Pact.

Wow, I'd love to see Leech call on his patron. I really like all the gemstone dragons, it'd be great to see everyone's reaction to one being his unknown patron.
