Summoning the Draw Steel Summoner

Greetings, heroes! Willy here. I've had to sacrifice a lot of minions to get to this point, but I can finally bring you a preview of the in progress Summoner class for Draw Steel!
It's levels 1-10 and features 57ish(?) stat blocks, four of which are DTOs! You also get a few sidebars that explain why we made several choices with rule exceptions for the class. It's a BIG class so give yourself time to absorb all of it.
The last time we talked about the Summoner on Patreon I gave you a rundown of how the class is meant to work. Since putting it through its paces, you can be rest assured that both a lot and very little has changed. The underlying engine is still purring, but we've further decoupled minions from your heroic resource to give us more room to balance the class economy. You can still sacrifice minions to make things cheaper and use more powerful abilities, but you're no longer required to rely on specific minions or trick the action economy in funny ways to do the things you want to do.
Which is to say that I believe the concept of a class summoner has been figured out, and now we're in the process of making the Draw Steel Summoner Class feel as fantastic to play as the other Draw Steel classes. It's a lot of reducing complexity so abilities resolve quicker, ironing out the power ramp, and fleshing out the fantasy of what it means to be a Heroic summoner toeing the line between good and... dubious behavior.
Now then. Here are a few more caveats to consider before you dive into the Summoner:
The class hasn't been through editing yet
This particular version of the summoner hasn't been through internal testing yet
You might not be used to the summoner's particular role in combat so it'll feel a bit funny at first; when in doubt, keep the enemies out
The final version of the summoner will also include some summoner-specific treasures and titles
You have to be nice to me my birthday is on Saturday
The testing period will go on for about two weeks (until June 26th). We'll cook you up a survey in a few days, but you can also start discussing the class with your fellow heroes in the Discord. We've got a lot of ground to cover!

Happy (late) Birthday! We just started a new campaign the day after this came out, so thank god you released it when you did ^^. The class fit my character pretty well, so guess what I did XD. I only have a total of one combat with it so far, but it was already a lot of fun and worked well!

Seems like they're just trying out a way to crit on something that isn't a main action (and probably feeding Arioch, Duke of Chaos by having all power rolls in the game have three tiers except ONE. Willy is canonically behind on his blood/souls quota for this year)
