I’m delighted to launch this special space. Somewhere we can dive deeper not only into the stories and characters you enjoy, but also give you the chance to learn more about me the author.
So, I thought for or our inaugural session, we should do the latter.
I want you to feel free to ask any questions about my background, personal experiences, writing journey, inspirations or whatever might interest you. Anything you like about what makes Tinto Selvaggio as an author.
You can post your questions in the comments section below or message me directly via Patreon. I'll collect your questions throughout August and then publish them along with my answers in a special post early in September. This will then will be available for you to read and discuss. At the same time, I'll also have details of September's character-focused Q&A session.
I'll do my best to answer all your questions in this particular 1st session but if I can't address everything this month, I may carry some over to the next session or respond in future posts.

To wrap up this first monthly Q&A, I got a DM about whether I've ever considered writing a chapter from Richmond's POV. In case you're not aware, I've never written anything from his perspective. Weirdly, when I was first writing 'Breaking Us Both' (where he makes his first appearance in my books), the initial draft did include a couple of chapters from his POV and with his thought processes. Him at home contemplating the embryonic affair with Lily, taking online messages from her wanna-be cuck husband Vaughn, and even covertly speaking with Vaughn on the phone (while at home with his then-wife Trudy), arranging clandestine meetings etc. Such a POV switch (to a bull as well as the husband's viewpoint) would have represented a first for me. In the end, I changed my mind and kept the whole book as seen through Vaughn's eyes. My first inclusion of a bull's perspective would come later that year (2016), with 'Another Man Takes My Wife.' So, in terms of would I now ever write something from Richmond's perspective - after all this time, probably not. Now I know him better, I suspect his actions probably speak a whole lot louder than his thoughts ever could.
