I think Chuck sent Howard as a messenger to reject Jimmy considering Chuck knows Slipping Jimmy's past, plus he was once a convict which could stain HHM's image. I think Howard is just a middleman.

the main reason i subbed is cause EVERY show on your youtube has been an absolute banger. none of them so far besides maybe one or 2 animes have been ones im not interested in. and with BCS, dexter and Sopranos youve got me at least for the next year
