I love Naruto but it’s not a better show for mental health than Bojack or Vinland Saga, imo at least

Fr my last push but if our goal is to pick a show that dives headfirst into mental health and allows for Tom to dig deep, Naruto is the one. It is long, time wise it’s a little less than twice what Dexter is, but the content is beyond exceptional for the format. Rock Lee, Gaara’s development arch, meeting the parents, so many moments that are pure peak content for this channel

Demon slayer definitely my first choice, really good suggestion. Jujutsu kaisen is also really good and especially takopi is in terms of mental health outstanding
