Well, there's two ways we can see the ending about this: 1. It's all an illusion, a dream of "how things would've turned out if she had her child alive" before dying 2. This is her in her next life (Reincarnation belief) that just spaced out and remember her previous one and how she died from overdose. Either ways, it doesn't changes the fact that she dies. The 2nd one seems more hopeful no doubt. But we all know how the artist herself makes the stories. So the option 1 is probably the one. Either ways, it's interesting how you managed to make a story of someone, who simply wanted to make friends and build a social life, only to then lose everything she once loved within a blink of an eye. Even though the average person, would be able to prevent all of this. o3o
