School of Lust v0.3.3 Progress Report #5

It's been two weeks already since our last progress report (time flies when you're busy!), so we'd like to take this opportunity to update on what we've been up to.
As we explained in our previous post, we've had issues with the animator we hired, which delayed the release of the update. Right now, I (Lawina) am still finishing the animated scenes from scratch, although I can't fully commit to it, as I have other parts of the update to work on as well. However, the two most complex animations are now fully ready and the scenes implemented.
We've also been working on updating the animation software, which required substantial adjustments to the game engine. This will allow us to use the more recent animation technology, which comes with many new features. While these changes won't affect the gameplay in the upcoming update (although, performance might have increased, as we're using a new SDK), it mainly affects development, allowing us to create animations more efficiently. We will convert the existing animations to the new format as well in the future (especially if the in-game performance of the animations have been improved).
In the upcoming update, you will be able to access the City map. We initially wanted to split the new City map into several areas, but after some testing, we changed our mind, and merged it together into one City. The City is now quite a bit smaller, but it allows us to focus on each individual building instead. The City map also has an interesting fair going on. Here's one of the activities you can do at the fair (which will especially be interesting to visit after taking over the body of one of the girls):

We're doing our very best to release everything before the end of the month. If we can't implement all the animations in time, we will try to release a part of the update instead, so we won't make you wait any longer.

While I agree with them needing to be a bit better at updating and that it's been unfortunate that it has been quite some time since we have had our hands on a new product, I do have to feel a little bad with some of the situations they are handling. Yes, a lot could be handled differently but it isn't 100% they're fault. I see it got updated to 10/11 so I assume they will be releasing (emphasis on assume) a new version later tonight and finishing it with a small update maybe in a week or so.

Tbh i don't mind updating late, but it'd be better if they constantly show us the progress. At least that'd show that they are working

Im starting to have doubts. Usually they hit us with a final update. Ill say this though if they dont have something I wont be able to support them any longer. Its been 3 months and we still have nothing.

Please Like so that the creators know that this is what the people want If not its okay i respect that people are waiting anxiously. You can give her gifts but there is virtually no point since dating issnt a thing yet
So, I can't seem to raise violets romance level, I didn't get to 2 prior to being able to ask her to work for me. Is there any other way to raise it? It will not let me talk to her at her house.
