I'm back to the news. I downloaded the software and applied your settings, restarted the game and it's extraordinary, it changes everything, I'm really very happy because your hair is my favorite. Thanks again really. 🥰🥰

Hi! Sorry to hear that. Try this out: 1. Redownload the files. 2. This problem might be caused by certain graphic cards’ default settings. Not only the hair changes but the sim’s faces and clothes too. The hair is more visibly “broken" because it’s on top. Personally, I solved it by using Nvidia Inspector (https://nvidiaprofileinspector.com/download-nvidia-profile-inspector/). These are my settings (https://postlmg.cc/YvF4kpwX). Let me know if, after these two steps, it's resolved or not.

Hello, I have a problem with some of your creations including this one and Randi hair. It gives me ugly white streaks or pixelated white holes as if not everything is colored, I don't know how to explain it to you. I removed all my mods and CC's to just let your hair see if anything was messing with its texture, but even on its own it looks that way. It does it to me on dark colors like red or brown, but not blonde. In CAS/CUS the hair is normal but in game, I have these uncolored locks. Do you know why I have this problem and do you have any advice on how to fix it? Thank you so much.
