The Hard Nipple Experiment
🕑 Added 2023-07-09 14:29:41 +0000 UTCHey everyone. Sometimes, I can try things where I'm not sure if it's going to work out. This was one of those experiments. I spent SO much time trying to get this to work.. and for the most part it does.
Here's the deal: Hard nipple show up under the shirts your female sims are wearing. The actions work nicely but it has a couple of shortcomings. First, I'm not much of a modeller with meshes. I used a vanilla sims mesh, slightly tweaked it (added the pokee's) but if someone who could do a better nipple mesh, that might be WAY better.
The reason I think this could be a failure is this only works with vanilla clothing meshes from the sims4. Custom shirt meshes, the layer below pokes through. (you'll see if you test drive this version)
Any feedback or suggestions/solutions would be welcome on this as I really do like the additional real time nipples. (Feedback determines if this stays or goes)

Sorry for the delay getting back to you here. I was away from my computer for a couple days. What I have been trying to do is release a general update at least once a month. And that would be expected this cycle. I try to aim at the beginning of the month. Shortly I will release a progress and idea's report that will have more details on the overall project. (in a couple of days) If there any ideas you would like to see, please add your feedback on that. (some really cool stuff coming)

Thanks for the feedback! SO, that is actually the way it is already set up. (I used Lip_ring (left)) and you're correct, I don't have to model if for each Item of clothing. However, the custom clothing it doesn't look good on is what the problem is. Some shirts leave the upper body in tact and add their mesh on top and use a different slot (like an accessory slot) And I don't see a way to adapt to everyone's custom meshes. The only way this works is if everyone only uses sim4 vanilla meshes. By all means post the article in the discord and @skarrd me so I get the notice.

Great addition Skarrd! Thanks a lot. I'm not a modeler either but when I tried meshes with pokies sooner or later they does not look good in some clothing. What I tried in my personal game was adding a "pokie" accessory. This accessory normally is equipped in rings category and works in vanilla and custom bodies as long as the nipple mapping is similar. The advantage of this approach is that you don't need to model every clothing and the accessory looks good in all clothing category except for winter clothing. If you allow me I could point you out in Discord to the article in LL. (I don't know if I can paste links here in Patreon)
