What means do you guys use to ensure email tracking privacy when using providers other than privacy-focused ones like Proton and Tuta; for instance Gmail and Microsoft, when unavoidable? Specifically, there are plenty of companies that openly advertise services like "Get notifications as soon as someone opens your email" or "Get a complete view of a prospect's interaction with your email". Somewhat related, what are your thoughts on privacy of email link protection services like Proofpoint that transform a generic direct sender's link into an absurdly long and irreducible link that is likely unique to you as a recipient? This issue had come up the most before with regard to Facebook's irreducible links, and they are certainly one of, if not the most, notorious big tech company for such practices. However, it seems unlikely that some employees at email link protection services have not thought of the tracking "value" in link clicks that go through their servers and have not tried to monetize it in attempts to further their careers.

I don't recall hearing it on the show, but ProtonVPN went accountless like RiseUP and CalyxVPN recently. Only bad part is it has to be from GPlay/Aurora.
