I would have loved to have worked with you. Now retired, I'm happy to have found your videos and cheer, laugh, and thoroughly enjoy everything you decide to put up. Don't let anyone dictate what you make & share here. As you well know, tons of folks watch your vids hoping to rip off something they can monetize. So, just do your own thing, things that we smile at with you, enjoy the fun of the simple geek comraderie.
I use a short (1cm) silicone tube at the tip of the desoldering tools. Its elasticity helps a lot to get a much air tighter connection.

Just added a piezo mic to my favorite ukulele. Experimenting with pedal simulations before I pick one/some to buy. Are there any simulations for FranTone pedals? (Will SPICE sims of the circuits suffice?)

Request: When talking circuits, even simple ones, would you please pull out a sheet of FranCAD (TM) Circuit Illustration Media? (Or, if you must, a DaveCAD whiteboard or Post-It will do.)
