Project Egress: FranLab Mission Log 7
🕑 Added 2019-07-09 04:53:30 +0000 UTCNumber seven in the Project Egress series has me going for the finish in a very time intensive way - hand finishing all the parts and getting the fit of all the components correct. Some unexpected snags had me spending days making adjustments painstakingly by hand. Almost there... stay tuned for the conclusion in number eight!

I've watched videos from some of the other participants who have 3d printed the parts and my fealing is - I could do that! But there is no way I could do what you are doing. You are working at a much higher level. Please post as many videos as it takes.

You can fine tune brass/steel bearings with Cif Cream or similar abrasive cleaning fluid. Apply, move or rotate, clean thoroughly, dry, apply tiny amount of suitable lubrication and install. Lubrication must be compatible with the context, like wood here, of course.
