hey fran, nice upload....I had a newer samsung flat come in for repair that has an interesting problem. Every other scan line is dimished slightly in briteness, giving an impression of an old crt set pic, complete with some convergence distortion that they always had a little of...it got me to thinking of a project you might think about...how about a display screen that show various screen displays over the years? A selectable setting between 4K, down thru the 740p, plasma pics of the early 00s, continuing down thru standard crt pics, with the various types such as trinitron, standard delta arrangement of various brands, then the modified oscilloscope mini sets of the late 40s, culminating with scanning disc mechanical sets...wouldn't that be a cool project, and I am unaware if anyone has tried or done this, anyway, love the shows and good luck in yr new digs....

OH BTW.... GEO Satellites would work very well at the poles if the earth was flat...… they don't !! ALSO.... reading the cannon ball statement. Easy disproved.. on a moving train, throw a tennis ball straight up, It will come back down into your hand. Basic frame of reference as taught in high school science, lower high school at that.

The physics for a flat earth does not work. The physics for an earth centric solar system, does not work. The physics for the trajectory of Low Earth Orbiting satellites over a flat earth, does not work. LEO satellites, being Iridium, GPS, AMSAT and ISS.

The Flat Earth Society is still around! Assuming it is the same person in the mid 50's they were located near Chicago, they used to have a mailing address. Now the have a web site. Flat or not they are willing to use the technology.
