Hey Fran, I know all too well the pain you mentioned with wireless. If you'd like, I'd be willing to donate some enterprise WiFi hardware to the lab, as well as the expertise to configure it. It sucks when everyone around is blasting radios at full power when they don't need to be, but I've had success in managing networks in that kind of environment.

When you are going to modify it so that the it can extend the carrier all the way. If I were you I’d center tap the sloping sides in the front and cut the new piece to extend the case in the matching angle and glue it with center taps. :) It will be very strong and you don’t have to make a new box.

It seems to me that the only reason printer manufacturers do not offer vent hood kits is simply that to do so would be an admission that the practice itself is inherently unsafe. Like putting seat belts in cars.

Even with the respirator the fumes from that glue are DEADLY sick! Unlike the great smelling (and toxic) model glue of my youth.

Yes - a new acrylic cover is in the works and I hope to get that together this week.

Not precise enough, as I got the depth wrong... but that will be remedied soon in another video.

I must say, I've been spoiled since using the square drive screws.

Another very professional build. Awesome! I've always been afraid of printing ABS because of the fumes and lack of temperature control.

Nice! I'd just make a huge mess with that glue...

Hehe. great work.. Love your attention to detail. Of course hope too there will be another video on how you solve the DOH! factor. I personally have a few ideas in mind but I am eager to see what you come up with. Thanks for sharing.

Very precise, an inspiration.

It was good to see some great Canadian Roberson screws in the project.
