Sorry this has happened to you, it appears they snagged it 2019-04-11 which is after you started using FranLab in commerce so you night be able to file a cyber-squatter dispute. It does not appear you ever registered the mark (unlike frantone) but you have merch with fran lab that goes back before 2019.
