"The dose makes the poison." Very small doses of O3 occur outdoors are fine and are in the 0.01-0.03ppm range with occasional spikes to 0.05ppm -- also the FDA medical concentration limit. But any indoor concentrations it should be below 0.1ppm by Cal/OSHA standards for an 8h exposure. Most of these systems cross that safety line and cause tissue damage. At only 2 g/hr of ozone output the ppm value is already 1573 ppm. These things are NOT helping.
